I just finished this work a few days ago. The background layer is four different layers of stone, concrete, glass, and vines. The vines are the ones growing outside building 19 on the Yavapai College, Prescott Campus. Most of those layers are turned down to 30% to 50% opacity. The face of the Buddha is one I have in my living room, turned down to 30% opacity. The poem is mine; it came to me one day as I was waking up. Oh, yes, the pansies I took at Home Depot.
